Leasing Options at Fink Machine

Leasing Companies like Atticus Financial recognize the importance of green energy like wood biomass in Canada and they have divested their portfolio in the long term future of companies that choose clean energy.

Equipment Leasing Companies amongst other things look for:
  • Value of equipment, (value of security)
  • Longevity of the equipment (surpass the term of the lease)
  • Company or subsidiary that stands behind the equipment (Viessmann Group)
  • Ability to access & transport equipment once on site, are important factors in determining risk and return.

KOB boilers in a our containerized platform offer further flexibility to you the customer by exploring the many options leasing equipment can offer to businesses by keeping your capital in your own bank account for other business functions.

Reg Renner - Financing Specialist
Atticus Financial Group
Vancouver, BC

Reg Renner worked in the BC greenhouse industry for 33 years as a grower, superintendent and manager of four different forest seedling nurseries. Producing an average of 10 million seedlings/year, his clients were the leading forest companies of Western Canada and the US Pacific Northwest.

In April 2004, he joined Atticus Financial as an equipment leasing specialist and in the first month he realized that he could lease biomass heated, hot water boilers to the greenhouse industry. As his experience grew, he learned that you need a supply of biomass feedstock in order to ensure that the equipment project would move forward. The combination of a forestry background and greenhouse experience has allowed Reg to build on these early introductions into the biomass thermal industry and he continues to work with a diverse group of clients across North America. At present, he is in close contact with numerous equipment suppliers, engineers, government officials, consultants, financial investors and of course, project developers. He has recently spoke at multiple bioenergy conferences on financing challenges and solutions and is currently a contributing editor to Canadian Biomass Magazine.
